Our 300 hour advanced teacher training program will take the 200 hour-certified yoga teacher to the expert level.
Lead teachers for this training are Rosanne Sihler and Nicey Berkenfeld. Guest lecturers will lend their expertise to the anatomy, Ayurveda and creative sequencing portions of the training.

Join us this summer for an in-depth, intensive study of asana as well as the philosophy that underlies this practice! Become a yoga teacher as you completely immerse yourself in the world of yoga in a private, peaceful, ocean-front setting.
We will be staying at the Harmony Guest House in Rincon, Puerto Rico to study, practice and discuss yoga all with a view of the ocean. Upon completion of the entire program, you will receive a 200 hour certification through Simplicity Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Alliance.
Example Daily Schedule:
6:00am: Morning yoga practice on the ocean front deck, followed by breakfast (included daily)
7am - 12pm: Yoga philosophy & meditation techniques
12pm - 3pm FREE TIME
3pm - 7pm: Asana study
7pm: Dinner at the house provided by a private chef

Our 200 hour teacher training program is designed to help you deepen
your practice as you build the foundation necessary to be an effective instructor.
Classes will be led by Rosanne Sihler & Nicey Berkenfeld. Lauren Marano, Mary Kay Diehl, and Lana Russo will be guest lecturers, lending their expertise and guidance to the process as well. This training will meet 1 -2 weekends per month 7 Saturdays 1 - 7pm, Sundays 12 - 7pm). There will be (an optional) retreat in June.
