Join us and the rescue pups from Hope for Cleo for a feel-good flow full of cuddles, yoga & mindfulness. It’s the perfect way to unwind from the busy work week, put a smile on your face and support a wonderful non-profit rescue! In addition to your ticket for admission, we will be collecting donations such as pet supplies, food, toys, gently used blankets, towels, sheets or comforters. This time around we will be running 3 different sessions:
12:00pm - 1:00pm Session 1 - “80’s Themed” the pups might be dressed up in 80 gear and you can too! Otherwise, rock out to some 80’s tunes while we do yoga & play with the pups
1:30pm - 2:15pm Session 2 - “Children’s Puppy Yoga” this one is specifically designed for movements geared toward children ages 4 - 14.
3:00pm - 4:00pm Session 3 - “Disney Themed Puppy Yoga” - music and costumes from your favorite Disney movies. Feel
